You can contact us for login problems, test loading issues, scorecard errors, account access, wrong details, feedback, content suggestions, or any difficulty while using RPrep. Our aim is to provide a smooth and useful learning experience for nursing exam preparation.

When you email us, please mention your registered email ID, the page where you faced the issue, a short description of the problem, and a screenshot if possible. This helps us understand your issue faster.
Support Timing
Our normal support timing is Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We try to respond as soon as possible, but response time may vary depending on the number of requests.
Content Related Feedback
If you find any question, answer, explanation or topic that needs correction, you can report it through email. We review content carefully and update it whenever required. RPrep is focused on improving the quality of nursing exam practice content.
Technical Issues
If a test is not opening, score is not showing, or data is not loading, first check your internet connection and refresh the page. If the issue continues, contact us with complete details.
Important Note
RPrep does not ask for your password, OTP or sensitive personal information through email or chat. Please do not share private login details with anyone.
