❓ Frequently Asked Questions
This FAQ page answers common questions about using RPrep for nursing exam preparation, tests, scorecards and account support.
What is RPrep?
RPrep is an online learning and test practice platform for nursing students and exam aspirants. It provides subject-wise tests, challenge-based tests, scorecards and practice tools.
How do I start a test?
Login to your account, open the dashboard, select a subject or challenge, and click on the test you want to attempt. Some tests may require landscape mode for a better CBT exam experience.
Why does the CBT test page ask for landscape mode?
The CBT layout is designed to look like a real computer-based test. Landscape mode gives more space for the question panel, options and question palette.
Where can I see my score?
After submitting a test, your score may be saved and shown in the Scorecards section. If your score does not appear, refresh the page or check your internet connection.
Can I retake a test?
Some tests may allow retake depending on the test flow. Retake options may clear local progress and start the test again.
Why is my test not loading?
Test loading may fail due to slow internet, Firebase connection issues, browser cache, or missing test data. Try refreshing the page or opening it again after some time.
What is local storage?
Local storage is a browser feature used to save temporary progress such as selected answers, timer and cached test data. It helps the site run smoothly even if the page refreshes.
Is RPrep an official exam website?
No. RPrep is an independent educational practice platform. Students should always check official exam websites and notifications for final information.
Why is leaderboard locked?
The leaderboard is currently reserved for the NORCET 100 Days Challenge. It may open when the challenge officially starts.
